 Reps take place on the road during winter months and forest during the summer season. Each week is a different challenge over a different route all within a nice warm up of the meeting point. Usually between 8 and 10 reps including recovery. All abilities welcome as the reps are staggered so we all finish together. No one gets left behind at Orion,
