The Essex Vets XC Champs will take place on Saturday 14th December and will be in Epping Forest on the corner of Ranger’s Road and Forest Side
The race format will be the same as last year in that the women will have their own race. Everyone will run the same course which will be 8k. The timetable is as follows:
10:00am – Race 1 – Men V50+
10:50am – Race 2 – Women V40+
11:40am – Race 3 – Men V40
Individuals medals will be awarded in 5 year age categories up to V70 and team medals in 10 year age categories (4 to score per team)
Slower runners should note that races will start on time and therefore there is a possibility, depending on the course layout that faster runners may overtake as the next race starts.
