Keeping Orion email out of spam…

Dear members and runners, Recently the Orion email domain (@orionharriers.com) got temporarily blocked by Microsoft and we were unable to send emails to Outlook and Hotmail/Live accounts because too many of our emails were being spammed. We have been unblocked now but we need to take steps to make sure it doesn't happen again and you can all help... Go to google and search for "xxxx add sender to safe list" replacing xxxx with your email provider i.e gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. Follow the instructions you find in the search results and make the following email addresses safe:webmaster@orionharriers.com membership@orionharriers.com info@orionharriers.com [...]

YDL – U17/U20 – Ashford – Report

On 1st May 2016 it was time for the U17 and U20 Orion Harriers Juniors to take part in their first YDL of the season at the Julie Rose Stadium in Ashford. For many of our athletes it was their first race of the summer and they wanted to try and claim as many pbs and points for the teams as they could after a long winter training. Virgin Mini London Marathon

As I’m sure most of you already know, the London Marathon is a prestigious event that takes place annually in late April and is one of the five founding marathons for the World Marathon Majors in 2006. Southern Athletics League #1 – St. Albans

Having battled the elements during a highly prosperous cross country season, a mixture of both Orion juniors and seniors made the journey to St. Albans, Hertfordshire for the first Southern Athletics League match and many athletes first competition of the season. Although the weather was inconsistent at times, there was nothing inconsistent about the determination of the Orion athletes to start the outdoor season with a BANG! Quadkids @ Walthamstow

A total of 50 juniors competed in the Quadkids competition on the 15th and 22nd March. There were lots of PB's in all four events ( running, sprinting, jumping and throwing) . English National Cross Country Championships – 27/02/16 – Report

On Saturday 27th February, 10 athletes from Orion Harriers Juniors took the long drive to Leicestershire and the English National Cross-Country Championships. The first race in which Orion athletes competed was the under 15 boys, running their final race of the season as a team. 1st home and making it a day to remember for everyone was Joseph Owen in an amazing 4th place.
