The Essex Cross Country League provides top class competition for all age groups in the winter season and all 5 races are club priority fixtures.

Race times and distances
10.30 – Under 13 boys and girls – 3k
11.00 – Under 15 boys and girls – 4k
11.30 – Under 17 and Under 20 women – 5k
12.00 – Under 17 men and Senior women – 6k
12.45 – Senior men – 8k
Some host clubs may put on an extra race for U11 girls and Boys before the first race.
